Pentax direct consumers will need their REPAIR ORDER NUMBER and PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (PIN) found on the estimate or acknowledgement card sent by Pentax.
Pentax dealers will need their DEALER ACCOUNT NUMBER and DEALER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (DIN).
